What exactly does Willkeep do?
Willkeep is an estate records and legacy organisation service. We help families gather, label, and store important documents and contacts — and facilitate family conversations about wishes and plans. We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.
Are your services available in Thai as well as English?
Yes. While our website is in English, our facilitators work comfortably in both Thai and English and can accommodate mixed-language families throughout Nakhon Ratchasima and wider Thailand.
How is a First Conversation Facilitation different from a workshop?
The facilitation session focuses on opening dialogue — helping family members start talking about wishes and priorities in a relaxed setting. The workshop is more hands-on, working through actual documents and contacts to create a clear, organised record.
What documents do I need to bring?
Nothing is required in advance. We begin wherever you are. A checklist is sent before any workshop session so families can prepare at their own comfort level — but we are equally happy to start from scratch.
Will Willkeep create or review legal documents?
No. Willkeep is strictly an organisational and facilitation service. We can help you identify that you may need a will, a power of attorney, or other instruments — and point you toward qualified professionals — but we do not draft, review, or advise on binding documents.
How long does each programme take?
The First Conversation is typically a single two-hour session. The Essentials Workshop takes a half or full day depending on the volume of records. The Lasting Legacy Records Programme is ongoing, with an initial intensive period followed by quarterly or annual reviews.
