The Situation
A family of four adult children in different cities, with parents in their late 60s who owned property and had savings across two banks. No one had ever spoken openly about where to find documents, who held power of attorney, or what each parent's preferences were.
What Willkeep Did
Facilitated a first conversation session with the parents and two of the adult children. A written summary of what was discussed was shared with all four children. Three months later, the family returned for the Essentials Workshop to document and label everything that had been identified.

The Situation

What Willkeep Did
Over an initial two-day engagement, the team helped him create separate personal and business record inventories. Willkeep identified several items — including a dormant account and a land title he had misplaced — that warranted professional follow-up, and provided a short list of appropriate practitioners to consult.
The Outcome
A complete personal records archive, a business-facing equivalent kept separately, and an annual review schedule. He has since engaged a lawyer for estate planning — something he would not have done without first understanding the shape of his own holdings.
