About Willkeep
Organising What Matters,
At a Pace That Works for You
Willkeep was built on a single conviction: families deserve time and space to think clearly about the records and intentions they leave behind.

How Willkeep Came to Be
Willkeep grew out of a straightforward observation: when a family member passes or becomes unable to manage their own affairs, the people left to handle things are rarely prepared. Not because they didn't care — but because no one had found a quiet moment to talk it through and write it down.
Founded in Nakhon Ratchasima, we set out to fill a specific gap. Not legal services — those exist, and they're important. Not financial planning — again, qualified professionals handle that well. What was missing was a calm, neutral space where families could sit together, identify what information exists, where it is, and what their wishes might be — all before any urgency arrived.
That is what Willkeep offers. A facilitated process, a methodical workshop, and for those who want ongoing support, a long-term records programme that keeps everything up to date as life changes.
Our Mission
Clear Records, Easier Moments
Willkeep's mission is to help families across Thailand face the practical side of legacy with dignity and preparedness — not as a morbid exercise, but as an act of care for the people they love.
We are not a law firm, a financial institution, or a healthcare provider. We are facilitators and organisers. Every session we run is educational and supportive. Every document we help you gather, you own and control.

How We Work
Our Standards & Protocols
Strict Scope Boundaries
We are clear about what Willkeep does and does not do. We never offer legal, financial, or medical advice — and we tell every client this from the first session.
Confidentiality Commitment
All information shared in sessions remains within the family's control. Willkeep does not retain copies of personal documents, and session notes are held securely and returned on request.
Neutral Facilitation
Our facilitators do not advocate for particular decisions. We hold space, ask useful questions, and help document what families conclude for themselves.
Structured Methodology
Each programme follows a tested structure. Nothing is ad hoc. Clients receive written summaries of sessions and clear checklists for next steps.
Bilingual Delivery
All sessions are available in Thai and English. Written summaries can be prepared in either language or both, supporting families with mixed language preferences.
Professional Referral Network
When families identify a need for legal or financial input, we maintain a referral network of appropriately qualified practitioners we can point you toward — without any incentive to push particular referrals.
What Guides Us
Estate records organisation is a quiet discipline. There is no dramatic outcome at the end of a well-run session — only a family that knows where its important papers are, who to contact in various situations, and what their loved ones would want. That quietness is something Willkeep is proud of.
Working in Nakhon Ratchasima and across Thailand, we have learned that every family has its own rhythm. Some arrive having already gathered documents for years. Others begin with a single conversation and a shoebox of uncategorised papers. We meet families where they are and move at their pace.
Willkeep is not a substitute for a qualified lawyer, financial planner, or accountant. We describe ourselves simply: a well-organised companion for the practical side of legacy. That framing matters to us, and we hold to it carefully in every engagement.
